Terms of use

A short summary. Full terms available on request. South African law applies.

What we offer

A guided drafting and organisation tool for personal estate planning. We do not provide legal advice or act as your attorney. Use of the service is at your discretion; important decisions should be reviewed by a qualified professional.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign‑in credentials safe and for the accuracy of the information you enter. We may suspend accounts used for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.

Payments

Where applicable, subscriptions are billed in South African rand through our payment provider. Provider redirects are not proof of payment; entitlements become active only after the provider confirms a successful transaction.

Independent professionals

Where we introduce an independent South African attorney for review, the engagement is directly between you and the attorney. We do not take a percentage of your estate and do not receive hidden referral commission.

Limits of liability

We make no warranty that a draft prepared with our tool is legally valid; validity depends on how it is signed and witnessed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
