Only what is needed to help you draft your will: your name, contact details, the family and asset information you enter, and events describing how you use the app. Sensitive detail stays in the app; email notifications carry minimal context.

To provide the service, keep an audit trail of important actions, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information, run advertising trackers, or embed marketing pixels in transactional email.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with deny‑by‑default access controls. Storage of documents is private by design; sharing requires an explicit action from you.

You may request an export or deletion of your personal data from your account settings, and object to processing you did not authorise. We record consent events so you can see what was agreed and when.
